Junkadelic

The owner of Junkadelic, a vintage shop in Leith Walk is clearly happy at his work. Playing electric guitar along with the record player - it certainly beats marking accounting exams as a way to make a living.

Earlier this year, the shop was raided by the police because it was being used to grow cannabis.

"When shopkeepers and residents began to notice the odour of cannabis, the culprits hatched the unusual plan to try and whitewash their activities. Two mystery men spent five hours a day between Monday and Friday painting and re-painting the exterior of the corner premises, further arousing
the suspicions of curious locals."

The present owner would like me to make it clear that (despite appearances), he had nothing to do with the cannabis growing. Peace and love, man.
