DDW's October Challenge Day 12 : Amusing

My Dad is an artist, and has a great interest in colour. He talks about complimentary and contrasting colours, and about colour temperatures and so on. He can see a colour and days later will be able to pick up something exactly the same colour, or something which "goes" with the original colour. Its a real talent.

Some while ago, for his birthday, my sister and her daughters made a colour chart for Dad. Featuring such colours as "Pillow" (pink and yellow), "Grue" (green and blue) and "Tomorrow" (tomato red, orange and yellow) the chart resides in Dad's studio. A few moments looking at it will always make me smile.
