paws for thought..

..not an original title I have to say as the fabulous garden centre just next door to this mass of kangaroo paws has this saying on their current 'welcome board.'
The collective noun for kangaroos is variously a herd, troop and more descriptively a mob. When you see them hanging around in the bush or in a paddock chewing, kipping and generally hanging out together, they are definitely a mob!

Initially I thought a mob of paws might be equally suited to this mass of kangaroo paws spotted today, but I'm starting to think a 'paddock of paws' might be the go!
