First time

At last I could go to the first of many Thursday meetings at the amateur astronomy society. The fun part was that no one knew I was coming and I managed to surprise everyone of the eight men that came this Thursday. :D They came one at the time and they all had the same puzzled expression when they saw me. But I got a really warm welcome and several of them gladly explained words they used, techniques and programs. And I learned a lot about astro photography. :) Next time will be a meeting at the large telescope outside of town. Hopefully there will be a a clear sky to be able to see the stars and, for me, to begin my learning in how to take a photo of the Milky Way. :) Three hours went by really quickly and I'm looking forward to the next time. :)
