Back to work!

Little man decided on Saturday that he wanted to light the outdoor fire...did I mention his pyromaniac trait had come back LOL.

Mr.Tex told him if he wanted to light it he would have to clean it out and collect some wood from the pile out in the field.

He asked me (who was oblivious to this), to push him out into the field...so, thinking he just wanted to take a nice walk, I did.

Then he got out of his wheelchair and asked me to help him gather wood and load it into the chair (in other words, he pointed to pieces that looked right and I got them for him..Smart boy)... he then pushed the chair full of wood all the way back to the house, limping along behind it. It was quite a peculiar sight, the poor invalid boy limping along like tiny Tim, pushing his wheelchair full of firewood :0) wish I'd had my camera.

After we got back up to the house he very carefully cleaned out the fireplace and Saturday evening was spent sitting around a roaring fire enjoying hot chocolate with water boiled on top of the fire :0)
