Whale Fail

We went whale watching today. So why do we have a phone picture of the kids cleaning, I hear you ask. Well, whale watching was a bit of a fail. Pregnant Aunty Lauren, Max and Edie were violently seasick in the 3metre swell. Katie fell asleep. I turned green. We had to take all the children down to the lower deck to keep cool from the rather high temperatures. We saw one whale! The commentary sounded fabulous, and suggested that there was a wonderful display going on, it was still amazing to listen to. A mother and calf were out and putting on a spectacular show. We just had to listen to it, while cleaning up a lot of vomit. Just to add insult to it all, Lauren got a ticket on the way home too.

So the children spent the afternoon chilling out at home. A rental inspection the next day meant the mummies had tidying and cleaning to do. Except that the children were all fighting over who got to help. So on they got doing sweeping, hoovering, window washing!
