A new cult invades the sands this morning !

I am full of admiration for all these Saturday Bootcampers. Makes my morning run seem very lame by comparison.

The Forth was beautifully calm again today, hopefully reflecting the industrial peace that seems to have secured the petrochemical plant at Grangemouth for the foreseeable future. It will also keep all the nautically related jobs that would have been lost along this waterway had Grangemouth Docks closed.

The much heralded autumn Atlantic storm approaching the UK sounds worrying for everyone except the surfing fraternity.
