Poorly babba xxx

On top of Eva's new teeth coming through, our baby girl woke up this morning with her first cold, which steadily seemed to get worse as the day wore on. She's struggling to feed as she can't breathe through her nose very well, she can't get comfort from num nums for the same reason. She's sneezing and her nose is streaming, but she hates having it wiped and tries to keep pushing you away. She has hardly slept all day, it's now 9pm and touch wood she's asleep, although Mike and I have taken it in turns all evening to get her to settle, as she's so tired, but so bunged up, poor babba. We've dropped a few drops of Olbas oil onto a muslin, and it's hanging from one of Mike's drawers near her bed. I gave her a nice warm bath earlier, and dropped some saline drops up her nose to try and help, and she's had some Calpol and lots of cuddles. I hope it doesn't last long. Hopefully Mommy's magic milk will work it's powers soon. Xxx
