A Day in The Life

6am Angus's alarm goes off for work
6.08am Audrey wakes up howling
6.12am Audrey and I are up
6.30am Peeling potatoes in the kitchen for stew in slow cooker (dark outside) whilst Audrey eats toast
7am Angus leaves for work
8am First Peppa Pig episode of the day whilst I do some work with a fresh coffee
8.30am Call doctors to get Audrey an appointment (still poorly so no nursery and no work for me)
9am Audrey has a nap
9.45am Cleaners arrive and wake Audrey
10am Pram walk to library and dry cleaners, chose some new books, stretch walk out even though it is throwing it down (Chorlton a ghost town)
11.30am Doctors (Audrey probably has rotavirus and conjunctivitis apparently)
12.15 Pharmacy to pick up prescription for eye drops and Dioralyte
12.40 Back home. Audrey has toast and banana for lunch (B.R.A.T diet prescribed by doctor)
1pm Audrey goes down for her lunchtime nap
1.15pm Corrie and Heinz ravioli on Tiger bread toast for me with grated cheese (yum)
1.30pm I go for a nap
2pm Audrey wakes me up when she wakes
2.30pm More Peppa Pig whilst I do some emails with another coffee
3pm Books and playing with wooden train
3.30pm Another pram walk to drop off some ironing (pass lots of houses with kids TV on in window - half term?)
4.30pm Park and swings (chat to Mum and Dad on phone)
5pm More banana and toast for Audrey at home
5.30pm I make some dumplings to go with the stew in the kitchen whilst Audrey plays with her favourite "tupperware cupboard"
6pm Angus arrives home and plays with Audrey in the lounge
6.30pm Angus baths Audrey whilst I check on the stew
7pm I write this
