Autumn leaves are falling down

We had a lovely walk through the Rosehaugh Estate near Avoch this Morning. We managed to miss must of the showers, there were plenty of trees giving cover.
We parked the car near the main entrance and made our way over the bridge and along the road next to a rushing burn. The ground was covered in a layer of yellow, red, orange and brown leaves and the views over the beech hedge were stunning.
We followed the road round and past this field with these lovely Highland Cattle munching on grass or taking a rest. The Autumn colours are really starting to show but still quite a few to change, think we may have a frost this week so this will speed things up.
There are a few self catering properties on the Estate and we walked by two. It would be a lovely place to stay with plenty of wildlife on your doorstep.
We finished our walk with a visit to the ruins of the old house and also crept up on the fairies too . You can see their home here
