Up hill and down dale.

We have been so lucky with the weather today.
The forecast was for heavy showers, but we have had lovely sunshine, and only two light showers which only lasted a couple of minutes.

Our walk today started at Ogden Reservoir above Halifax, and then went down to the hamlets of Wainstalls and Upper Saltonstall.
Over Ovenden Moor with the most spectacular views, and down in the valley along Luddenden beck and through the beautiful old woods, which still had plenty of autumn colour.

So decided on two photos, one of the woods and one of the views. Have a look large.
