(Im)perfect

James said he wanted a healthy cat. Instead I brought home an emaciated, squinty cat with a dripping eye. We fixed the emaciated part and the infection in the eye is gone. But the lacrimal puncta is scarred over, so the dripping remains.

The imperfections are minor considering her playfulness, outgoing demeanor, her love for every family member, loud purr, and adorable displays of affection.

To me, she is one of the most beautiful cats ever. I feel honored to have her as our pet. I am a total sap!

This is blip number 1500. It took me awhile, given that I do not blip everyday. I do so enjoy this community. I am quite grateful to Blip central and to all who visit my journal and comment. My life is so much richer thanks to you.
