And They're Off...

Today was Melbourne Cup Day!
Where the whole nation stops for 2 minutes to watch a horse race and hopefully win some cash :-)

I didn't really do a whole lot today so this was the most interesting thing and my horse didn't even win! :-( he was coming fourth at one stage but I think a black hole ate him up.

Though I am not a huge fan of horse racing I do love horses and there were some beautiful ones in the race :-) a day at the races is always nice to when you get to dress up and drink some wine, but I was at home watching it today.. Which was okay as well, I got to dress comfy and drink tea :-)
