Cakes, Cakes And Celebration

Last year on the 8 of November I had two cake orders and then a last minute third too. And this year the same again, minus the third. So it's been a full on, really busy day.

First off bible study, then straight into decorating cakes, no time for lunch either. Managed to finish both cakes in time before Ben arrived home from his trip, hooray, he's back safe and sound.

Then quick change to get ready to head into town to attend a friend's 70th birthday at the prestigious Butterfields Club. It was a great fun and Clarence was a real party animal. The group of people in the lower right photo is the HCAA, Hotel Controllers and Accountants Association, that Martin is Co-Chairman of and Clarence has just retired from.

Back to catch the ferry and only just made it. Unfortunately I ran to catch it and I am now feeling the pain, what a silly thing to do :( hope I haven't done any damage.
