Elephant Garlic

Late this afternoon I headed for the very "super" supermarket of Albertson's Grocery to get a few items.

As I strolled through the produce department, I tried to keep applying the breaks so that I would not miss anything. That was when I saw the elephant garlic. I have so enjoyed "roasted garlic" at a favorite restaurant name abalonetti's in Monterey, California, on Fisherman's Wharf.

So now I am on the lookout for a great recipe for "Roasted Garlic." Hope I find it soon.
