Last shot of the allotment for this year

Visited the hospital this morning for my MRI scan. An interesting experience which took place in the back of a lorry behind the hospital. Took about 20 minutes to complete the scan but it will take another 2 weeks for the results to come through. I suspect the image is already created but I have to wait for a practitioner to have the time to look at the picture.

Then down to the pool and a chance conversation with the receptionist at the gym led me to having a session with a member of the gym team who gave me a set of exercises and stretches to keep muscle definition and strength. So that was an unexpected result.

Down to the allotment in the afternoon for a bit of tidying up, including taking down the beans and weeding the plot again. Constructed a temporary compost bin as well.
