Coca-Cola

Coca-cola should be considered the national drink of Mexico, not cerveza. There are times when a beer is not an appropriate drink (at least for those who live and work here), but Coke is always available. Even the smallest, most out of the way tienda or restaurant will have it for sale. The better ones have Coke, Coke Light (diet), and sometimes Coke Zero. For those like my wife who don't like cola drinks, there is the whole host of Coke products, including Fanta. Daily deliveries are the norm, brought by big red trucks full of plastic cases stacked one of top of the other.
