Traffic cop training

All sorts of weird stuff is happening in Chiang Mai because it is the Yee Peng festival, in which thousands of Chinese lanterns and fireworks are set off, and also Loi Krathong where people make floating offerings to the river. Somehow as part of this these young men are getting trained in the finer points of directing the traffic - and doing a pretty god job too. The city's roads aren't adequate for the volume of 4-wheeled traffic they now carry and are chaotic - especially this weekend.
