Skimmers

Mum, Greg and I had a drive out to Walton where we spent ages wandering along the beach, skimming stones and watching dogs. The sea was so still and calm, the beaches deserted and it was so peaceful. We all worked up a hunger and went to a place for a late-lunch where Mum and Dad used to go by the marina. Two of our party (Greg and Mum) over-indulged on the carvery, so they spent the rest of the afternoon lounging in front of the log fire whilst I listed loads of stuff on ebay. I feel like I haven't had a weekend at home for ages, so the last couple of days have been much needed.
