Pho

Back in sparkly Leeds today. The huge sparkly baubles are part of the Christmas tree in the Victoria Quarter (you may just be able to spot me in them).

The highlight of our day was lunch again in the Trinity Kitchen. The mobile stalls have changed again with a Thai one that looked very interesting but Chris had set his heart on Vietnamese and this Pho stall is one of the permanent ones.

We had Pho Xao with chicken and prawn and Beer Lao. Very nice. At least it is a carrot to persuade Chris that a trip into Leeds is a good idea. This could become a habit!
