Quod oculus meus videt

Bare Tree, Leafed Tree

Very much a make do Blip on the way home. My mind was very much elsewhere as we were taking Blue back to the vet's this evening. He has been very lethargic over the weekend, not taking any interest in things. Trying to medicate him has been difficult, particularly a tablet that we have to give him before meals (no hiding the tablet in his food!). He really doesn't like me at all.

Last night we struggled to sleep, perhaps in contemplation of what today may bring. We let him stop up with us and he lay between us on the bed for a while.

Well, he is still with us. He is still struggling a bit but the vet said he had put on a bit of weight over the weekend, his heart rate and temperature are both normal. We just have to wait and see whether the treatment and anti-biotics do the trick. Next update on Friday when he is due to go back to the vet again.

The cat flap is resolutely locked shut for fear he will run off from his horrible guardians.
