Maine State Pier

I went to blip the ferries and the wharves but fell in love with the mariner's compass painted on the concrete. Portland has quite the shipping history. We have one of the deepest harbors on the coast. It's scary when a sub comes in.
that was a total ADD moment sorry
but I digress.

Anyway I loved the distressed paint and the random graffiti on the bottom. I wonder what made them choose that spot to tag and why those words.
