Alice Springs

So now we're in the Alice!

It's a very isolated place out here but I'm looking forward to seeing more of it.

Tonight we had a four-course dinner at the Overlanders Steakhouse, which included a tasting platter comprising:-
Crocodile Vol au Vent Emu Medallion
Kangaroo Fillet in a Red Wine&Mushroom Sauce
Camel Fillet served with Plum Sauce

I wasn't quite sure which I was eating but it was all pretty good (but not one for the Vegetarians!)
