Not a picture of nude Russians

We were the frst people up to the Travertines and the Hierapolis this morning, getting up early to see the sunrise and beat the heat and crowds. We weren't on our own for long though - by 8am tour buses were dropping off people in their hundreds. Unbelievably spectactular site, despite the Russian tourists wandering around and posing in their g-strings. No more explanations; I?ll let the picture do the talking.

Lucky enough to score a copy of the only book that seems to exist on the Lycian Way from someone we met at our hotel. Will be excellent for planning our hikes for the next few days.
