Houston, we have a problem

And it's a big and very expensive one which is freaking me out! A big crack has appeared in a boundary wall, the wall is 100+ years old, it cannot be repaired and we need to do something about it - pretty quickly. This means builders, upheaval and expense and my beautiful, much loved and admired garden could be badly affected. At the very least there will be a lot of mess just when everything was looking so good.
However, in the grand scheme of things this is nothing and all I can do is look at the devastation in other parts of the word and tell myself that those poor souls would swap places with me in a heartbeat. I am the lucky one.
