My piecrust experience was awarded........
5 stars and a heart. From my husband and father.
I always use crisco except for that one lard incident this time I was thought I would try butter.
It is much richer and would be good for quiches but, if it ain't broke.....don't fix it.
So back to crisco for Thanksgiving.
Oh and the cookies I made from the crust scraps? They SO do not suck.
One more day off.
