A Work in Progress!

The AC man cometh!!!

...and he's definitely into the repair! Tool box resplendent on the balcony, he's already made his several back up calls and tonight I have a softly, purring, ice cold freezer in my room.....on a day when it really isn't necessary!!! Tomorrow it probably will be..so I'm ever grateful for his labours. Its that time of the year! The lighting outside was just fantastic too...so makes for a very colourful blip>

Two more days with the inspectorate and we'll all be so pleased to have the National Day celebrations and a long weekend to recuperate!!

Full on today, every lesson with Albert; a 10 minute break at 9:20, then my next one at 2:30 because I was called upon to cover a Grade 7 ESL class!! (Split timetable between High School and Primary meant I missed the lunch hour!)

Will just have to acquire the constitution of a camel, grow a hump and feed on the fat thereof to keep me going or, emulate the Arabian stud and wear a nosebag! Better get the porridge out tomorrow.....just in case there's a repeat performance!!

Albert excelled once again in PE with a relay race.....he's so fearless its scary!....but his team won when they put him as the last runner and he just had to head for the back wall!!! Not quite so well done in Islamic though when he really didn't see why you needed to acknowledge every sneeze! Apparantely its one of the 6 duties of a muslim to a muslim....so he got extra learning and reciting of a Hadith for homework!!! Hope someone at home can help out on that one!!.....and think he'll remember next time to agree even if he doesn't!!!! He's such a character at times!
