Heavy Heart......

I need to start this again. It wont be difficult as works is getting very busy right now. I need to build up the muscle.
Bad news today as my parents cant come down as Dad is not well with stomach problems. I'm really hoping they can make it down for a week at least. Hospital appointments are not very quick so who knows.
Not much to blip today I'm afraid.
