Lets go for a walk on the Beach

Jacinta's Birthday and it was an exhilarating walk, albeit short and blustery. The tide was high, no sand, but the overall experience was fantastic!

A Victoria Sponge was requested .... and for the first time I did nothing more than manage the oven. Amy made her Mum's cake and it was EXCELLENT!
