Stuffing ………..

Decided to get ahead today and make the stuffing for Christmas Day - I've been making this roll for the last few years now. My Mum wouldn't forgive me if I made something different as she loves it - if you were to list things that you find in stuffings I would think that most (if not all) of them would be in this!
