Why on earth does BT and Yellow Pages insist on leaving copies of their paper phone directories every 12 months or so? Surely, the availability of the internet must now have met critical mass to render these versions worthless? I'm not sure if there is a law that says that they must be distributed publicly for them to get access to all that data but if there is then it should be changed and acres of forest saved from needlessly printing these books!
