The Morning's Ride

Today, in Inverurie, it is cold, with ice. So I went for my morning's cycle ride in the Lake District. It was beginning to get sunny after rain on the video, so I was warm, and there is no wind to fight against when you are on your turbo trainer.

TACX sold me the trainer, which connects to the compute. You then choose a video to 'ride'. As you go uphill the pedalling becomes harder, and vice versa on the downhill sections.

These last couple of week's I have cycled in Arizona, South Africa and Norway. It's been great! I recommend it. Tomorrow I might ride part of one of the Tour de France stages...!
