Christmas lights

Another productive day in the lab. I always seem to get much more done in much shorter a time when the boss is away. He is currently fighting winter storms in Connecticut giving a presentation on work done in the lab at Yale.

Still negotiating with one of the sales reps I interviewed with last week to do a ride along this week. Not quite sure why she wants me to do it as I haven't been offered the job, but don't want to turn it down if it's look favorably upon. Means another jaunt up to irvine though. Trying to combine it with the interview with the hiring manger on wed lunchtime up in the OC. But of course that's the only day of the week the wife is away with work so leaves the doggy needing dropping off at daycare again. $30 a pop soon adds up. As does all the gas money especially if I don't get the bloody job!

The wife has contracted pink eye. Or more precisely blepharitis - most likely from baby Aubrey who seems to be an incubator for it. I'm staying well clear.....
