Work Do

Today was my company works do which consisted of me and my faithful sidekick. Regardless of it just being the two of us, we did it in style and had a lovely meal at San Carlo (we share the same favourite restaurant - handy!)

It was just a really lovely afternoon. She has become more than just someone I work with and is also a close friend now and it's wonderful when that happens and you can still maintain a professional side when the job demands it.

Feeling all fuzzy inside (although that could be the pink fizz pictured!)

Was meant to be at an I Am Kloot concert with my husband at the Apollo tonight but sadly his place is so busy with Christmas party bookings, we aren't able to go. Probably a good job as it's been a hectic week and am looking forward to some Corrie, a cuppa and an early night. Am officially getting old!

Hope to have some family time with Audrey and Angus this weekend. Feel like I've been a bit distracted this week.
