Christmas weekend

My sister, Vic, Dee, Pauline, Lisa and Laura came up to Edinburgh today for a wee Christmas weekend. Mum and I met them off the train and we had a lovely day shopping, drinking and wandering around the Christmas markets. Here we are drinking Gluwein in St Andrew's Square.

We then changed into our fineries and headed out for a night on the town. We went to the Living Room for dinner, and had food and service so appalling that they took all of our drinks and 50% of our food off the bill! We ended the evening with a trip to the Queens Arms, Cafe Piccante and the hotel.

Despite the meal, I had a wonderful day/evening and it was lovely to catch up with the girls! Hope to see you all again soon!
