Not a turkey

I've decided not to have turkey this year......not sure what the reaction will be! (I'm sure the turkey will be pleased!)

So, today was the practice of the Beef Wellington........I think I need to work a little on the presentation! It was a bit more involved than I'd thought! Tasted great though!
