What's it all about Alfie?

I went back into work today, it was hard we had a very young girl on the ward very ill after having a stroke, she had a baby 6 weeks ago and is very distressed understandably so.

I'm with dad now, he's woke up once held my hand and thanked me, not sure what for.

When I got in from work my housemates little nephew called to see her, he loves treating the dogs and here he is getting a special Roo kiss.

Oh to be 5 years old again such a sweet innocent age.
