Snowcakes

Today my Christmas holidays officially started! After a hectic morning sorting everything out for 10 days away from home and two Christmas weddings, making the crazy decision to pop into Tesco for some alcohol at lunchtime, and one last album delivery, I finally hit the road.

I arrived home to find my mum baking gluten free cupcakes for me (she feels bad that I can never eat desserts when we go visiting people at Christmas!). My contribution was to give moral support, to laugh at the inevitable mishaps, to add the little snowman heads, and to line the finished cakes up like a little butter icing-covered army. Oh, and to be the first taster, in case they were inedible. They're great :)
