Unfortunately for many people, war (of all kinds) is not over. I think of all those people separated from their Loved Ones this Christmas, and those who will never see their Loved Ones again due to war or losing the battle with illness. While we are noisily celebrating, they are quietly sad. Let’s not forget.

And let’s not forget how grateful I am to be here for another Christmas, with the status of my disease hopefully reducing from terminal to chronic (ie treatable). So much to be thankful for.
