Family

A good start to the day eating croissants in bed. A very cold blustery walk jumping in mud and watching the farm machinery at work, followed by a tasty brunch cooked on the aga. A fun few hours at Balintore welcoming Nial and George. Then back to the cottage where we all helped out preparing vegetables, deciding how best to cook the meat, and entertaining Jacob with hide and seek. The house was full of smiles and fun, just how we imagined a family Christmas would begin.
