View from a Hill

After a lazy morning (although I sneaked out for a run, only the second since my half, mainly due to Jim being ill) we said bye to N and P and bundled the kids in the car to go out for a walk.

We decided to go to Pirton and try a walk from there. William and I have tried before and failed. This time we got a little further, though not the full walk we had intended. For the first half we had a whinging William and for the second half he was a superstar and ran most of it!

This is the view out towards Hexton, I think.

Back at the house we got into pj's and the kids sat down to watch one of W's new DVD's, Peter Pan. Now they are in bed and getting ready for whatever tomorrow brings.
