There seems to be a phase in every toddler's life when they are obsessed with cars. Different types, colours, broken ones, fast ones, big ones, small ones.

+3/3 is currently going through his phase and it involves having Cars or Cars 2 on repeat and endlessly rearranging or fixing his wee cars. Today was parking them up by colour. And very neat they were too!

An early Christmas present: a 135mm f2.5 Takumar M lens. I've been trawling e-bay for a while looking for a reasonably priced model and I got this one for £30. A lot of glass for the money. Not in the best shape and now I know what fungal damage looks like on a lens. Very slight but there none-the-less. However, a good fast lens that will come in handy. Of course there is a downside: fully manual and no SMC coating.
