Bowling for Chorlton

It was lovely to have plans with friends today as Angus was back at work.

A few of us with kids went to All Star for lunch, beer and bowling and we pulled it off! Between us we managed to feed our children, feed ourselves, chat, have a few drinks and get a game of bowling in. Angus joined us when he could too. It was really lovely.

This afternoon after her nap; we went out for a big pram walk and played who's got the best Christmas tree on St Werburgh's Road! Followed by a big shop at Morrison's for fruit, vegetables, lentils and wholemeal bread. Had enough of eating rubbish now and although we have a few more food-led get-togethers in the diary, I'm going to try and eat healthily in-between them at least! Shame there's a mountain of cheese to finish in the fridge. I don't rate my chances!
