Blessed

Starting to look at beatitudes at the beginning of 2014. What a great start to the year putting into perspective the way Jesus asks us to see His Kingdom.

These two bring many blessings into my life (the younger one is also providing many challenges also) it is important to me that I remember God gifted them to me.

Today's study was about how Jesus looked out onto the people gathering around Him and saw the hurt and need. What a blessing that all these years later He continues to look out, see the need, reach out and love us.

Lord, we see you still looking out on a world of such unending needs. Gather us to yourself and teach us how to be communities that offer another way of living.
