FECK ME IT'S COLD

Well we reached our record low last night here in sunny Florida. Normal temperatures will resume nearer the weekend (eg low 20Cs).

Anyway, everyone had their water on last including a tenant who left his hosepipe on a mist setting. Brilliant bit of ice they had somehow created.

Most tenants got away with it last night by keeping water running. One didn't. He's upset. Needs to be upset with himself.
