My Ray of Sunshine

Doesn't matter what mood I'm in, how tired I am, what the weather is like...but it was nicer today...my little ray of sunshine always has a smile for me. He is such a cutie...naughty too!

Sometimes I feel very sorry for Maisie as he won't leave her side. Wherever she goes he goes, whatever she does he does. They are inseparable. Maisie got into the lounge and Oscar was shut out by the stairgate and he cried because he wanted to be with her. Goodness knows what he would do if anything happened to her.

I have been extremely active today. I went to two bootcamps. The first one was my morning one I have been doing for a while. The second one was at lunchtime. It's more brutal than the morning session. My morning session is more interval training and we are allowed mats on the floor so we are not rolling around in the mud. The second one is called Essex Bootcamp....EBC...and this is where you lay on the floor whatever the conditions. I used to go a while ago but stopped going when I pulled my hamstring and found it a bit much. Then you get out of the habit. I was still in touch with some people and I went along with another girl who hasn't been for a while. It was much better starting back together. I was surprised as the instructor remembered my name.

Boy did we work hard. As I was running around and doing various exercises I did wonder why the hell I was putting myself through it. I was laying on a boggy football pitch doing sit-up and all kind of things. I was soaked through, covered in mud but at the end I can honestly say I loved it....I think there is something wrong with me.

My hair needed washing three times to make sure all the mud was out. I'm keeping my fingers crossed the mud comes out of my sports clothes too.

Tonight I'm doing nothing...just blipping.
