Getting a handle on things

It's been an interesting day.

It's great when people deliver more than you expect.

It's frustrating when people deliver less than you ask for.

It's very disappointing when people are looking forward to something then get a proverbial kick in the teeth.

A student of mine was hoping he would be out of hospital quite soon but they have had a setback today.

They have had more setbacks than they deserve but we will get a handle on things and we will work out a way to get them through their course.

I have a plan.....
