Bitten

Nikki and I returned to Brisbane (and our wee man) after spending the morning barbecuing breakfast, sampling a few wineries and meandering through a rain forrest - all before lunch!

Meanwhile the wee man's Grandmas took him for a play in the park (which he slept through) followed by another visit to see his Great Grandma (which he was in good spirits for).

You should have seen his face light up when we all returned to the house. It's so humbling to see how delighted he was to see us.

Unfortunately one of the insect bites that Grandma received the other night ended up blistering so badly that she was advised by the pharmacist to see a GP. She's since been prescribed some antibiotics and told to return if the swelling doesn't subside. Fingers crossed.
