Hopeful rose

Had a great plan for today's blip but it didn't work out, so here is something that caught my eye this afternoon. This brave little rose has bloomed despite the awful recent weather, and seems like a hopeful symbol of the summer to come. Just hope it lingers beyond yet more dire weather forecast for the coming week.
