Insomnia is creeping back into my life...

This makes for a very tired me. And a very tired me means lapses in concentration whilst my mind wanders.

This is not very good when you've been to the supermarket, loaded the shopping into your car, returned your trolley, driven home, gone to get your house keys out of your handbag... Only to find there's no bag...

I left it in the trolley. Cue a frantic phone call to Tesco and a mad dash back there (where I got stuck behind a bus then a learner driver, and every set of lights was obviously on red). I am extremely lucky that one of the men who collects the trolleys found it and handed it in.
